หลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน

1. Warranty period of the products

 1.1 12 Month warranty from the date of manufacture of Induction Motor, Water Pump and Inverter Solar or Counting from the date of purchase as indicated in the purchase document (the buyer must present the purchase document when making a claim).

2. Warranty conditions

2.1 Only from defect in manufacturing or material parts used in manufacturing

2.2 The warranty does not cover other expenses such as disassembly/install any equipment, transportation costs, travel expenses, and on-site service fees or Other expenses not relating to the products such as wiring cables, water pipe or junction etc.

2.3 The company will repair or replace with a new one, subject to the company's terms and conditions.

2.4 Repaired parts will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty or within 180 days from the date of repair (whichever is longer).

2.5 The warrranty covers only in Thailand and restricted to the dangerous regions or  inaccessible areas, confined spaces, areas with smoke or chemical vapors, and areas where  entry is prohibited under all circumstances.

 2.6 The warranty does not cover

    1) The installation was not done correctly as specified in the user manual.

    2) Using the product under conditions that exceed its capacity or capabilities (Overload)

    3) Operating in inappropriate conditions, such as using the pump in dry or low water conditions, or  using the pump with acidic or alkaline water, or using the pump with water that is hotter than specified in the user manual.

    4) Misuse or inappropriate use of the product

    5) Damage to various parts resulted from careless use or lack of maintenance

    6) To change, modify, disassemble/assemble parts, or tamper the product

    7) Natural phenomena such as floods, lightning, or other natural disasters

    8) Fire, chemicals, gas or damage caused by animals and insects

    9) Abnormal current or voltage; faulty control or electrical equipment such as plugs or breakers

    10) Damages resulting from moving, reinstalling, or transporting the product, including machinery or other equipment connected to the product

3. To make a claim

3.1 Making a claim in person / through an officially appointed distributor

3.2 Ship via a courier company (prepaid shipping fee), with the following details attached to the package

- Details of the problem

- Details of product usage

- Name-Surname-Address-Phone number for contact along with a copy of the purchase document   Please provide clear details to facilitate quick and efficient equipment inspection and troubleshooting.

4 Repair fees will be charged for products out of warranty or not covered under warranty. The company will inform the costs and await confirmation from the customer before proceeding with the repair.
